CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Appointment Policy At Root Release, we are committed to providing an elevated and seamless experience for every client. To honor the time of both our guests and our team, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies: * Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee. * No-call, no-show appointments will be charged for the full service amount. * Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $25 late fee. Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered unable to be serviced, and the appointment will be automatically canceled, resulting in a charge for the full service amount. Additionally, Root Release is a cashless salon and only accepts major credit cards for payment. * All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your scheduled service. * Failure to remit payment for services rendered will result in an automatic charge for the full service amount plus a $25 processing fee.
